Do you have a catalog?

We do not produce printed catalogs. Mineral Silk Inc only provides an On-line catalog catalog at this time.

Can I order if I'm outside the United States?

Sure you can, we ship to almost all countries via International USPS First Class Mail! You can send us an email and we can set up your country for you in the shipping options!

What type of payments do you accept?

At checkout you will be given the option to pay through a secure credit card, we accept all major Credit Cards.

How does Mineral Silk ship products and what are the rates?

At this time we use USPS Priority Mail for delivery. All orders are doubled checked before leaving. We normally ship orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Our standard shipping outside of the US is First Class Mail. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. All order sent outside of the US are shipped via International First Class Mail and will take approximately 7-10 working days.

Please Note: We formulate and package all our own Mineral Products. If you have a large order for samples, processing time may take an addtional 2 - 4 days. At this time most orders go out within 24 -48 hours.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once you submit your order, you will be sent a confirmation that your order is being processed. Please let us know immediately by e-mail or by phone if you would like to make any changes to your order. Please contact us by phone 651-497-9989 or click here to email if you have any problems or questions about your order. Yes it is true we are Human and do make mistakes! If you have a problem with your order or you have something missing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the error!

Do you send out Free Samples?

We understand how exciting it is to get something for Free! And yes there are times we add Free Samples to orders of new products or replace a color in your next order with a free sample of a similar product or color. Samples can be purchased for a small fee on any product page!

Animal Testing?

We do not test on animals period! Unless of course you consider some of the crazy people running around here animals, I know that I do some days!

Medical Disclaimers

Please note that all of our Mineral Silk products are handmade. We strive for color and product consistency, and if this is not achieved with every batch, we throw it out and start over. We list every ingredient used in our product line. There are no hidden fillers or ingredients that we do not tell you about. Neither MineralSilk.com or its employees can legally give out medical advise. We can only recommend prodcuts to the consumer, but it is up to the consumer to investigate any claims made by a company or its ingredients. We are not physicians nor do we have any medical training, so we ask that you consult your physician with any questions on skin reactions. If you are prone to skin allergies or have questions about our ingredients please check the label and do a small patch test before using each product . If you DO experience any type of skin irritation, please stop use immediately and contact your doctor or dermatologist.

I do not have a credit card do you accept checks or money orders?

Yes, you may call in your order at 651-497-9989 or click here to email and leave your Name and Phone number and we will return your call. Please note that if you call in your order and mail us a check or money order your order will take longer to receive. (SORRY THIS OPTION IS FOR US CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Where can I find out about product ingredients?

Each product page in the online catalog has information about that product and lists specific product ingredients. If you have general questions about products, we have an Ingredient glossary to provide answers.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any product. You may contact us at (612) 497-9989 or click here to email. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your reasons for returns or exchanges are important to us and can help us in the future.

Returned items should be packaged so there are no spills and in their original packaging if at possible. Items must be received within 90 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us as your items may be returned to you.

Note: If you applied the Mineral Silk Minerals with brushes that were used with other mineral companies' products you will continue to have a reaction to every makeup you try. Certain mineral stay infused in the bristle hairs and will cause itching, bumps or breakouts. You will want to wash your brushes thoroughly with a mild shampoo or antibacterial soap before trying to apply any more makeup or you will continue to have the same reactions! You also may have allergies to animal hair brushes and may need to move to synthetic hair brushes.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

For your peace of mind, please return your item with a reliable carrier that offers tracking or insurance. Retain your order and shipping information. Mineral Silk Inc is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do not refund shipping charges or pay to have item shipped back to us.
