1. We suggest you still moisturizer first before applying any primer. Use a light moisturizer and let it soak in for a few minutes.
2. Using fingers apply a pea size or smaller amount of primer to face area. We do not recommend using on eye lids or to close to the eye area as this may cause some people irritation.
3. Then simply apply your concealer, foundation, or face powder as you normally would using your tools of choice.
