Before application of any Mineral Makeup product, make sure your face is completely dry and that any moisturizer has completely penetrated the skin. Your face should be free of dry flaky skin if at all possible. Start using a mild exfoliant in your daily skin care routine to rid yourself of all that dead, flaky skin!
