B. Hold a pencil from the corner of your nose to the middle of your iris. Your arch is the highest point where this line crosses your brow.

C. Hold a pencil in a diagonal line from the outer corner of your nose to the outer corner of your eye. Where this line crosses your brow is your ending point

I have a tip for your customers. I am a redhead (most of the time, except when the gray is showing). My eyebrows are fading with age. Unfortunately, finding eyebrow colors in red is very hard if not impossible. Everytime I would get brown, but it always looked too dark when I used it. Blonde is too light. I had never though to try eyeshadow, but even then most companies do not make a red eyeshadow. After looking at your eyebrow kit and noticing that you use eyeshadows, I looked at your colors. I decided to try black cherry and russet. Wonder of wonders, russet is the perfect combo of brown and red to color my eyebrows. Not too dark and not too red. I finally have an eyebrow color that works for my red hair. Thanks for the eyeshadow color and the inspiration to try it for my brows. Susan
