Gently scrub your lips with a soft bristled tooth brush to remove dead skin and stimulate circulation, apply lipstick for a fuller lip enhancement.
Add color with either a lip pencil before applying plumper or enhance with your favorite Mineral Silk mineral color.
This plumper can also be applied before or after another lipstick color.
