Looking for a fuller lash, close your eyes and brush some Satin Finishing Silk over your eyelashes and lids with a fluffy brush then apply your mascara and brush away the extra finishing powder. This also helps those of you with oily skin as the layer of Satin you prep your lashes and skin around them with will help your mascara hold. Many people who complain that there mascara melts away are those with oily skin.
