Order Status

When will I receive my order?

You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can stay updated on its progress.

To stay updated on the status of your order, simply log in to your Account on our website. Please note that our carrier may take 1-2 business days to update the tracking for your order.

My order never arrived.

If your order has a tracking number, please verify with the carrier to ensure the delivery of your packages. If your order displays a status of "delivered", please contact support@mineralsilk.com for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

When an item is backordered, it means that our suppliers have not yet determined when they will have it available again. However, as soon as they do, we will ensure that the item is promptly shipped to you. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact support@mineralsilk.com.

I received the wrong product.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item, kindly reach out to our customer service team at support@mineralsilk.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
